The importance of living eco-friendly

#iDareToLiveEcoFriendly

My name is Dan and I'm trying to live eco-friendly and so should you. Being eco-friendly means buying products that help the environment such as avoiding plastic.

I myself try to be eco-friendly. For example,

    • I buy artificial meat instead of real meat which reduces the animals to the slaughter.
    • I try walking instead of taking the bus or using any other kind of motor vehicle. You could even try riding a bike instead.
    • I use more sustainable and reusable products such as metal straws instead of plastic ones.

Big companies such as Tesco and Morrison's have started taking a better approach to being more eco-friendly. Tesco are losing their best before dates on produce. This will reduce produce waste. And Morrison's is taking plastic away from fresh produce. I feel we should be trying this at home - i.e. taking reusable bags to the shops. I found some particular websites dedicated to eco-living which you can search up using the links below if you want to lean more of the ways of this style of living.
